- Makes an exceptional contribution to the student company by:
- Inspiring students to take on new challenges and reach their full potential
- Creating relevant, appropriate, innovative and challenging opportunities that help students learn (e.g., help to connect the students with their colleagues abroad, integrates new technologies)
- Connecting learning to student interests and to their lives beyond the classroom
- Creating a supportive learning environment (e.g., offers after-school support)
- Using different teaching methods to match student learning styles and needs
- Gathering, analysing and using data to improve student achievement Is a role model and an inspiration to the Company Programme education community
- Demonstrates a contagious enthusiasm for teaching and learning
- Is committed to their own professional development to enhance teaching excellence
- Is inspiration for other teachers in his/her school community
- Is active in the JA Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP)
